A Product Is Missing From My Order

If you are unable to find an item that should have been included in your order, please follow the steps below.

Check all boxes arriving with your shipment. Often, we will place smaller items into boxes with different products as an added layer of protection during shipping.

If present, check under the carboard dividers arriving in your shipment.

Check with all members of your household to ensure your missing products were not received and stored for you.
