Canada Post Shipments

Your shipment has been delivered to your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox.
Please check your community mailbox, parcel locker, reception desk, etc. If you need a key to receive your shipment, please call your local post office to let your mail carrier know.

Your shipment is being held for you at your local post office.
Please pickup your shipment from your local post office. You will need to take at least one form of identification.

Your shipment cannot be delivered due to incomplete / incorrect shipping address.
Please contact your local post office to correct the address mistake so your carrier can complete delivery.

Your shipment has been damaged in transit / returned to sender.
Please contact customer service at www.lowcarbcanada.ca/community/contact.

UPS Shipments

Your shipment is being held for you at your local UPS Access Point.
Please pickup your shipment from your local post office. You will need to take at least one form of identification.

Your shipment cannot be delivered due to incomplete / incorrect shipping address.
Please contact UPS at (800) PICK-UPS to correct the address mistakes so your delivery can be completed.

Your shipment has been damaged in transit / returned to sender.
